Chris Roberts

The 2009 season was the last for Southern Connecticut State University starting QB and NBHS Alum Chris Roberts. He finished his senior year with 1,765 yards and 19 TD's. He added another 2 touchdowns on the ground. Roberts also earned academic honors while at Southern. Chris has joined the New Britain coaching staff for the 2010 season where he will be the quarterbacks coach.

 Terrance Lee

DB Terrance finished his senior year at UNLV in 2009. He totaled 64 tackles for the second straight year ( good for 4th on the team ) 1 interception, 1 forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.

Joshua Hudson

Former NBHS 4 year starter Josh Hudson has joined the New Mexico State football after two years at Victor Valley Junior College in California.

Markieth Cirinna

Former Hurricane wideout Markieth Cirinna has transferred from the University of Connecticut where he was a walk-on cornerback to Central Connecticut. Cirinna will be the 6th former Hurricane on the 2010 Blue Devils roster

 Jeff Marino

Starting MLB Jeff Marino finished his junior year leading the CCSU defense in tackles with a career best 93 stops. For his efforts and leadership skills he has been named  one of the captains for the 2010 Blue Devils. 

 Isaiah Boddie 

Central Connecticut redshirt junior LB Isaiah Boddie enters the 2010 season as the leading candidate for one of the starting OLB positions on the Blue Devils defense. In 2009, Boddie tallied 33 tackles, 2 sacks, and 1 forced fumble.

 Justin Paradis

Redshirt Junior WR Justin Paradis continued to excel on special teams in 2009 serving as the teams holder for field goals and extra points. "JP" totalled 2 tackles and recovered 2 fumbles.

 Juan Duque

Kicker and 2008 NBHS graduate Juan Duque, finished his freshman year at CCSU in 2009. Duque kicked off for the Blue Devils, averaging 47.9 yards a kickoff with one touchback. Juan also contributed 3 special teams tackles. Juan also made the Dean's List for the Spring '10 semester. He will be competing for the 1st string PK job this upcoming fall.

 Ryan Esmail 

In 2009, Ryan finished his career at Husson University in Maine. Esmail was a two year starter at left tackle.

 Titus Mack 

Former Hurricane Travis Mack transferred from Pasadena City JUCO in California to FCS power North Dakota State University. Titus had a great 2008 season at Pasadena. He was named to the all-National Northern Conference second team after making 47 receptions for 766 yards and nine TDs ... Led the Lancers in punt returns (11.3 ypr, 1 TD) including a 74-yard jaunt ... Second on team with 1,004 all-purpose yards ... Scored a pair of TDs in Pasadena City College's 45-14 win over Southwestern College in the Tremblay Financial Services Bowl ... Set PCC bowl records for most receptions (9), most receiving yards (179) and longest reception (83) In his first season with NDSU, Titus tallied 6 catches for 103 yards and 3 TD's in 9 games with the Bison. Titus is in the running for a starting position in the 2010 season.

 BJ Aponte

Former New Britain all- conference RB BJ Aponte enters the 2010 season in the mix for carries in a crowded backfield at Bryant University. BJ will be counted on to be a major contributer on special teams as well.
